This first-time collaboration is set to spotlight Nakheel’s innovation in waterfront living to a global audience, reaffirming its stature as a leader in upscale residential experiences.
At the heart of this showcase, Nakheel is poised to unveil its latest architectural marvel, the Como Residences on Palm Jumeirah. Towering at 76-storeys, this ultra-luxurious residential skyscraper offers panoramic balconies that provide residents with sweeping views ranging from 180° to 360°. Comprising seven islands and 16 fronds, it adds a whopping 91 kilometers to Dubai’s beachfront. This new addition boasts the distinction of having the longest coastline among Dubai’s destinations.
